Choose for the days you need, not just the total GB
For a three-day work trip with calls and document downloads, compare the daily general allowance. Social data does not replace data for every application.
The 30GB total for 5GTammi25 comprises 24GB general and 6GB social data across three days. It is not a 30GB general allowance available all at once.
If you only need a few hours, check when the allowance starts and ends. For repeated use over many days, compare monthly plans in the mobile catalogue too; a cheaper plan may not cover your busiest day.
Find the plan in the app
At launch, the four plans were announced for Viettel prepaid and postpaid mobile subscribers nationwide. Do not apply a monthly plan’s eligibility rules to the whole group.
- Install or update Viettel Tammi using Viettel’s official link below, then sign in inside the app.
- Look for My Viettel → 4G/5G plans → Exclusive offers. Menu labels may change between versions.
- Open the plan details and read the price and terms before registering. Check for the activation confirmation SMS.
Four details to check before buying
- The precise expiry time; “1 day” does not necessarily mean a full 24 hours from purchase.
- Which apps and traffic count towards the social allowance.
- Whether running out of data stops access, reduces speed or incurs additional charges.
- The renewal and cancellation rules for that exact plan; apart from 6H, do not infer them from its name.
Frequently asked questions
Can I register for these plans by SMS?
The launch guide uses the Tammi app. A confirmation message after purchase is different from an SMS registration command; use the channel the carrier shows for that exact plan.
Does 5GTammi10 last exactly 24 hours?
The announcement describes a one-day cycle. Check the expiry in the plan details or confirmation SMS rather than assuming 24 hours.
Do these short-term plans include 20GB of Cloud storage?
The launch sources cited here do not announce Cloud storage for these four plans. Do not add benefits from a different plan to the comparison.
