Check data and manage renewals in My MobiFone

Open the app and confirm the correct number

Download My MobiFone through a link published by MobiFone, then sign in to the subscription you want to check. An advertised plan name does not replace the information for your own SIM after signing in.

For SIM-enabled iPads, MobiFone recommends managing the subscription through My MobiFone because iPads do not support USSD calls like phones. Signing in over mobile data also depends on the app’s conditions.

Read your usage information

MobiFone’s guide dated 30/10/2026 uses “Thông tin sử dụng” (Usage information) to view accounts and plans on iPad. The location may differ on phones or in other app versions.

1. Check the subscriber number and whether the account is prepaid or postpaid.
2. Find the current plan name and any remaining data the app displays.
3. Check the exact plan’s expiry date and renewal conditions before buying more data or changing plans.

Stopping renewal is different from cancelling the plan

The PT90 and PT120 pages currently list two separate commands: HUY [plan name] and KGH [plan name], both sent to 9199. These are examples for those two plans, not universal commands for every MobiFone service.

If the app offers the corresponding management option, read its description and confirmation step. If you cannot find it, check the plan page or contact support. Before confirming cancellation, check how it affects data, benefits and any commitments still in force.

Check the outcome afterwards

Read the result message and reopen the subscription information. Do not assume renewal has stopped simply because the balance is below the full plan price: the PT120 page describes maintaining the plan with a balance starting from VND 10,000.

If the status is unclear, contact 18001090 and provide the plan name and response message. Keep the confirmation for reference. Register for a replacement only after understanding when it takes effect and what you will pay.
