Check the selected account and service
Sign in to My VNPT, then select mobile service and the VinaPhone number you want to check. The app can manage several VNPT services, so make sure you are viewing your phone’s data plan rather than your home Internet service.
If you do not have the app, follow the download link on the official VNPT or My VNPT website. Enter verification codes only through the provider’s channels; Tammi does not sign in to subscriber accounts on your behalf.
Find your current plan and expiry date
Find the active plan under subscription or mobile-service information. Section names and locations may change between versions; the aim is to identify the correct plan name, remaining benefits and expiry date.
- Confirm whether the subscription is prepaid or postpaid.
- Check daily data expiry and the whole plan’s expiry if they are displayed separately.
- Note the renewal price and billing cycle. Do not assume one month means 30 days unless the source explicitly says so.
Check remaining benefits before cancelling
VNPT’s guidance notes that cancellation may forfeit unused benefits. Read the terms of your exact plan and the confirmation message; do not treat “Hủy” (Cancel) as a switch that only disables renewal while always preserving benefits.
If the app has no suitable option or you need postpaid support, call 18001091. For SMS actions, use the service number and syntax on the plan’s detail page, then check the reply rather than relying only on the fact that a command was sent.
Before cancelling an old plan, check whether you can rejoin it
Some plans have stopped accepting new registrations but remain listed online or continue renewing for existing customers. For example, a VNPT announcement in September 2026 lists YOLO90 and BIG90 among the plans closed to new registrations.
Before switching, confirm that the new plan is available for your number and when it will activate. Afterwards, reopen My VNPT to check the status. If the outcome is unclear, keep the system messages and contact support.
