Redeem Viettel++ points in Tammi: rewards and conditions

What has Viettel confirmed?

Viettel’s 28 September 2026 notice confirms the change in point-redemption channel. It does not say that the entire *098# USSD service has stopped.

Viettel also says the app supports reward management and redemption history. Check those records if you are unsure whether a redemption completed.

Check in this order

1. Open or update Tammi from an official source. Check the line and account whose points you intend to use.
2. Find the Viettel++ benefits or redemption section shown in your app. If the interface differs from an older guide, open the instructions linked in Viettel’s source below.
3. Review the points required, reward type, validity and permitted use before confirming.
4. After redeeming, review the history and reward details. Save the information you need to use the reward before it expires.

Choose a reward you will actually use

A discount only helps if you already need the service. When considering a data reward, check its validity, daily allowance and interaction with any existing plan.

Compare points with the value you can realistically use. For example, a reward that expires before you need it may be less useful than a smaller one you can use immediately.

If a reward or balance update is missing

Review the history before trying to redeem again. If the transaction is still unclear, note the time and message and contact official support; do not send an OTP to someone claiming they can add points.

Point promotions may have their own dates and eligibility. This guide does not promise a default 50,000 points or treat a missing reward as proof of an account error.
