Tammi Web on desktop: official links and account access

Choose the right portal before signing in

• Tammi Web: tammi.vn, the web application for browser access to Tammi.
• Tammi OA: oa.tammi.vn, the organisation-account portal; it is not an alternative sign-in route for every personal account.
• On a phone: use Viettel’s published installation link rather than an installer sent by an unknown person.

Prepare your computer

1. Open the official link below in an updated browser and check the domain in the address bar.
2. Follow the verification method offered by the official page. Do not enter credentials into a guide site or a separately sent form.
3. If you need a call or meeting, grant microphone and camera access only when you intend to use them.
4. When finished on a shared computer, sign out and check whether downloaded files remain on the device.

Features can differ between platforms

The phone app and web version may offer different functions depending on the account and version. If plan management or benefits are missing, check the Tammi app before concluding the service has failed.

Before an important meeting, run a test with intended participants to check audio, camera and access. Read the limits displayed for your account; do not assume every web account supports 500 people.

If the page is blank or sign-in does not finish

Tammi Web uses JavaScript. If it will not load, check connectivity and whether your browser blocks JavaScript for the exact domain; you do not need to disable protection for every website.

Try reloading or updating the browser. If the error repeats, note the message and contact official support. Do not use a third-party sign-in service or share verification codes.
